Ability to export Asset revision history?

Hello,

We were recently asked if there is any way to get the history on changes to an asset. I know that each asset has its own history, but I cannot seem to find a way to export that history.

I know there was a discussion in the old forum, but I cannot remember if it ended up with any solutions.

There is an old marketplace solution that could still work for exporting asset history to excel:

@grantrollerson1 Unless there is some hidden part of the Output API there is no part of that which includes revision history that I have ever seen in the two years that I have been creating YAML/JSON queries. And Insights is a paid service.

@daverichard as you export it you have the history in your SCD. You will not have history prior, true.
