What are your thoughts on a Platform Assistant?
The Data Office team at Collibra has been working on simplifying the end user experience via context rich dashboard and simplified workflows (Workflow designer is awesome!) to embed data governance into our business processes. We have noticed that occasional users of the platform sometimes struggle to remember the name of the dashboard, or the button in Collibra.
This is when we thought what if there was a bot that greeted users and guided them by mining user guides and providing step-by-step instructions, saving valuable time and effort. “What would you like to do?” is a very powerful question!
