Hi everyone,
I am currently working on a project to improve data governance in our organization and would love to hear your insights. What are some key strategies and best practices you’ve found effective in implementing data governance frameworks: ?? Specifically, I am interested in ::-
- Building a strong data governance team
- Developing clear policies and procedures
- Ensuring data quality and consistency
- Engaging stakeholders across the organization
- Utilizing technology and tools to support governance efforts
Any advice, resources, or experiences you could share would be greatly appreciated. In this blog: https://www.semarchy.com/blog/top-tips-for-data-governance-implementation-msbi/ only few tips are there so now I am looking for more tips and suggestions.

If you haven't done this before, I recommend working with consultants or hiring someone who has built out a DG program. DG is too complex to go it alone your first time.
