Inside Asset Searching
Hello,
When I'm in a single asset page, like a system asset, and I want to add a new relationship from inside, in this case "system of use for" is there a way to narrow the search based on database instead of having to scroll through everything from my query? The only two options I see is "only search display name," and "filter assets by organization." I've tried searching this, but I'm not sure how to describe it to get proper instruction.

OP1 year ago · EditedThanks! That's how I search for things many times, but it's not easy explaining that to the end-users who are less familiar with the data organization.

when adding a relationship from an asset page, you can use "filter assets by organization" to narrow down the search results to show only assets located in a specific community or domain. Unfortunately there is no possibility to filter more granular than on domain level except searching by full name (see comment by @grantrollerson1 ).
Example:
Choose a specific domain like "ORCL" which is part of the HR Cloud community. Now the search will only show assets located in the ORCL domain.
