Hello All,
I am looking for options to implement Data Sharing Agreement within Collibra. I have tried using assessments feature but that does not satisfy the requirements(maybe it is best not to misuse this functionality) and the normal shopping cart is too basic for me.
My basic requirements are as follows:
1) user selects the data elements that he needs access to and specifies the use case which triggers this request.
2) user sends the request which follows a workflow(intention is to have multiple people approve the request depending upon the sensitivity of the datasets involved)
3) on approval, the physical access is granted(again via a workflow, as it will also multiple IT people/departments involved).
4) Typical DSA features such as , revoking access after a date, reminders for action , etc. should also be automated.
I am failing to find anything that gives me all. Ideally I would like to have it implemented solely within Collibra but I am also looking at ServiceNow integration to ease this but need the appropriate feature(s) within the Collibra that can be used for this exercise.

·8 months agoIn a previous firm we developed a custom workflow where consumers of data initiated a request to use data which was reviewed and approved/denied by the provider/owner. It also had the terms of the agreement for both sides.
