adding user responsibility using integration library api

I am using the spring boot integration library to import asset. While using the CollibraAsset.Builder() helper methods, i am trying to use the .addUserResponsibilityByUserName method, but i am unable to see the responsibility created in the UI portal but the response returned shows created. Need help in understanding if there is a format in which userName for responsibility method is to be provided for it to pick out the correct User details and show in the UI , in the responsibility tab
