How do i create a Glossary repository and pull all glossaries across domains

You are asking how to move the Glossary domain?
You can do that with the Move feature in the Actions drop-down. This will show a dialog that allows you to choose the new Community you want to move the glossary domain to.

Please provide a few screenshots that explain your situation if my understanding is incorrect.

I have list of glossary under the domain - Data Governance Glossary organization in each individual domains.

I have another list of glossary under Enterprise organisation. I want to move glossary under Enterprise, to Data Governance Glossary Organization.
