Hi @arthur.burkhardt,

I have the same question as @pallav.kuiya.medicaid.alabama.gov , is it possible through a workflow or other functionality, to approve an asset (table for example) and automatically approve the related assets (columns for example)?

Yes, it’s possible through a custom workflow. But you will also want to be aware of certain caveats:

What does it mean for a Code Value to be approved? Is it simply the association with an Accepted Code Set, or should there be a minimal set of characteristics associated with it?
Will the people reviewing and approving the Code Set be diligent enough to review all the Code Values with sufficient care?
Is it possible that a Code Value is also part of another Code Set? This could cause complications…
You will probably want to set up some sort of controls on the addition, removal, or editing of Code Values associated with Accepted Code Sets. Otherwise, these may change “underneath” without the re-review of the Code Set.
