Data Classification from Business process perspective

According to our data privacy program, we have to classify data used by our business processes.
Our objectives is to establish relations between the business process, the application(s), database(s) and column(s). We also add a relation we the data attributes. (see the attached picture)
To do so, we use :
- The physical data connector to establish the relations between the column and data attributes. Note we don’t use the Data Classification (Machine Learning) as the link between the data classes and the data attribute is not created!
- We have developed workflows to make the other relations column by column. We build a loop.
The workflow with a loop (column by column) doesn’t bring a good user experience. Imagine when you have more than 500 hundred columns in a table.
I would like to know if someone has already done this kind of exercise and he/she want to share his experience or to share a better solution to implement.
