Event : User Removed/Added/Disabled : Get User Details

I was wondering if I had a workflow that was deployed with starteven of User Removed whether or not I would be able to get information about the user who was actually removed.
If this is possible could you please provide me with sample groovy code that will get me the forename, surname and related UUID
The same question applies to the event of User Added and User Disabled
