Mailtask to sent to several users listed in a csv file ?
Hello,
I have a csv list with different Collibra userNames inside. I want to add them all at once in 1 mail in the CC of my mail.
When I have only one user I can use ‘user(${usernamevar})’ as a command and the mailtask will get immediately the right mailadress of this user and send the mail. Is there a similar way to send the mail to a list of users when the list is a csv list. I thought ‘users(${ListOfUsers})’ might work , but it doesn’t seems to.
Thanks in advance;

OP4 years ago · EditedHI All,
I used indeed the " user(Username1),user(Username2),user(Username3) " expression and entered as such in a string variable( instead of only the usernames ), which one I called then in the mailtask. And setting immediately the user expression inside the string works.
So thanks a lot for all your help.

If your list is changing here’s how I’d set up the workflow:
I’d personally avoid reading from a file as it’s unnecessarily complicated for what you’re trying to achieved.

OP4 years ago · EditedHello ,
Thanks for both replies. The problem I have with creating a group or using the user expression is that the csv list with the users changes dynamically, as well for the number of users inside the csv as the usernames themselves inside the csv…

If you already have the users in a group, you can use : group(name of the group). This will work.
If you don’t have, you can create a group with these users and can use the above expression.
