OneTrust Integrations to Collibra??
Hello! Are there any Data Citizens in this community that have working OneTrust to Collibra integrations??
We are using OneTrust Assessments (YES I know Collibra has assessments too - but this is a system that existed prior to Data Governance Program and Collibra being implemented) and want to create a Vendor Record in Collibra from the Risk Assessment created and processed in OneTrust.

I have been in contact with Data Trust Associates and their product is a Spring Boot JAR application with LOTS of consulting time to configure the assets on both ends to allow integration. While it looks like it would work as advertised - I am working on making the built in OneTrust REST API work. OneTrust’s UI builds the json packet populated with OneTrust variables and then calls the Collibra REST API to POST records.
I am meeting with OneTrust SMEs this week to see the best way to make this work.

We use both but have not integrated them yet. Interested in what you find as it next year our plan is to integrate the two systems. I think there are some marketplace connectors but we havent explored them too far yet.

In the Collibra Marketplace, there is a tool mentioned for facilitating a two-way integration between Collibra and OneTrust. This tool has been developed by Data Trust Associates.
The Collibra Marketplace pages provide information about the integration between Collibra and OneTrust, with a focus on specific use cases related to GDPR compliance. These use cases include:
Enabling this interface will necessitate certain changes in Collibra’s operating model.
I am expecting that this tool will not only support GDPR-related integration but may also extend its capabilities to other use cases.
A few weeks ago, I came across an integration workflow that involves connecting OneTrust and Collibra catalogs. This integration allows you to link privacy tags from assets in OneTrust with assets in the Collibra catalog. It would be worthwhile to explore if there are other existing integrations within OneTrust. I recommend reaching out to one of your OneTrust Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather more information in this regard. Please if you have more outcomes post them here.

OP2 years ago · EditedOneTrust looks to have a completely usable UI to manage the REST API for both OneTrust AND Collibra. So, what I find out I’ll share.
