SharePoint video iframe not showing

Question

Hi,

We have created a dashboard containing a few iframes which reference videos from a SharePoint site.

We've had success doing this before. As long as the user was signed into O365, the iframed video would display as expected.

Example below of the dashboard not showing the video:

The videos should display within the black outlined boxes but instead show nothing at all. It works with YouTube videos but we need to source videos from SharePoint.

Note that this is in a production Collibra instance that is still using the old UI. We've had success in implementing this in the new UI.

Has anyone experienced this or know of a fix?
