Tableau URL Configuration

Question

Is there a way to configure the Tableau URL attribute so that it shows the actual url and not the proxy address?

We are having issues with the URL attribute displaying in Tableau assets as the one displayed prompt for a sign in. We prefer to have the actual URLs that has SSO enabled so users can go directly to the Reports without signing in.

We tried to manually edit the URLs but it got overwritten every sync.

Would love to hear others experiences and workaround on this.

This is curious - our implementation records the true Tableau Online URL of the report asset. Is your Tableau installed locally on your own server and NOT the Tableau Online. That may be your issue.
