Testing Strategy, Testing Criteria, Test Matrices

Hi Team,

I am looking for building Test Strategy, Test Criteria for Data Governance setup for my Client.
Testing around Unit Test, UAT or prod Test including the migration from Test to Production environment. Any pointers or reference material would be appreciated for that.
