Ingesting metadata from Excel File

Hi all,

I am trying to get metadata in from an excel file to a physical data dictionary in Collibra. However, I cannot get it to work, see the screenshots below for my settings. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @daan.caminada1,

Seems you have not specified the format.

Specify .xlsx at the end of your URI, since you are using excel as source.

Thank you for your response! Do I specify this format in the parameters of the driver (second screenshot)? Or when I fill in the URI (third screenshot)?

Thank you! And the property of the URI should be ‘Local’, correct?

No no, local is just a placeholder. Use your file path, where the file is located.

You can navigate to the file, and go to properties and copy the location.
