Add Dashboard option missing

Any idea why ‘Add Dashboard’ option is missing from my list of options, I’m in Admin User group and Admin User is part of sysadmins role. I also tried adding myself directly to sysadmins and signing out/in but still don’t see the option to ‘Add Dashboard’.

Thanks Grant, so looks like Home Page and Dashboard are the same thing.

Does Add Homepage not work for you? It seems to be an option in your screenshot.
