Already connected error on Mule esb server

Hi,

We recently migrated from on prem to cloud version of collibra and deployed the collibra application on esb server and noticed that application is throwing this error upon deployment.
{ “errorMsg”: “[Failed to invoke login., com.collibra.connect.dgc.client.rest.exceptions.ClientException: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: Already connected, javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: Already connected, Already connected, Already connected]” }

Any pointers on this please?

I was able to deploy and run the application successfully from local but when deployed on the esb server it gives me this error. Do you think proxy would be the reason?

haven’t provided any proxy information.

Are you using proxy ?

I mean have you configured proxy details in Collibra connector?
