Hello all, Is there any way to assign integer values to radio box in assessment template and at the end of the assessment can we add all these values?

It would help us if you could elaborate more on your need.
Do you mean that for example each option in the radio box would have a different value and accumulate all the values for all the selected options at the end of the assessment?

What would you like to do with the accumulated value?
