Autohyperlink to Business Term not always working

Question

It seems to appear randomly that autohyperlinks to a Business term are not set automatically. for us.
The Business Terms do exist, settings are correct, but still even within 1 text one term is auto hyperlinked and one other not…(both BusinessTerms even in the same Glossary). Anybody has a suggestion?

Thanks for the feedback. Will check everything once more and submit a a ticket when the conclusion would indicate a bug.

@theo.rooijakkers I asked around internally and the consensus is that it could be one or more of the following.

hyperlinks need to be rebuilt
hyperlinking could have been disabled for an asset or asset type
hyperlinking could be disabled for the domain that has the glossary in it
hyperlinking could be disabled at the console

or it could be a bug. If you think it’s the latter and you haven’t already, his would be a good candidate for submission to our Support Portal. When submitting, I would reference the URL of this thread.
