Cleaning the assessments page

Question

Hi all,

I am trying to delete some assessments that I have created for testing purposes., even if I deleted them , when I click the assessments section from the nine dots(up right), I can still see them.

When I tried to open, I cant reach them cause they were deleted however I have learned that according to documentation ‘‘If you delete an assessment that has the Submitted status, the assessment is not deleted from the DGC database’’.

I have tried ’ Obsolete’ status too, but they are still visible in the Assessment page.

Is there a way to delete them from database too?

Hi @hande.dizman.billigence.com , I hope you’re well. Indeed, “Draft” instances can be deleted and they will disappear from the grid and database. However, once “Submitted”, they will have the status “Obsolete” (and won’t disappear from the grid). Unfortunately, there is no way to hard delete the obsolete ones in the current version of assessments via the UI. I believe you can contact the support for the clean up and if that feature is important for you, it would be awesome if you could create a feature request so that gets prioritized. Have a great week!
