Collibra / Tableau integration - report certification

Hello,

I’m currently working on implementing Tableau report certification in Collibra. The problem that I’m facing is that the Tableau integration seems to be possible on the Tableau Site level and as a result Collibra ingests all reports available on the given Site.

I was wondering if there is any way of ingesting only a specific report / dashboard / worksheet? I know the alternative is to create a dedicated Site in Tableau with the chosen reports but perhaps there is a way of solving it directly from Collibra. I’ll appreciate your advise

Thank you for reaching out to us. The Tableau site ingestion is the default in both the Catalog Tableau integration and the lineage harvester Tableau integration (released in February). However, we will support filtering on a project filtering in Q2 this year in the lineage harvester Tableau integration. I hope this helps you to ingest the right Tableau metadata in Catalog.
