Commenting and Rating Permissions
We want all users in Collibra to have the ability to Comment and Rate all Assets.
From what I understand, the best way to do this would be to assign the “All Users” group to the “Normal” role at the highest level Community.
If the permission is going to be universal to all users, it seems redundant to explicitly highlight it.
Is there an option to make Commenting and Rating a global permission? Or is there a way to hide the “Normal” role so it does not appear in the “Responsibilities” tab?

Don’t use the “Normal” role, since it requires an Author license. Instead, create a new role. We have chosen “Data Citizen” as the new role to allow commenting.
No way to hide the responsibility.
I couldn’t find an idea about it, may worth creating one. Ideation Platform – Collibra | Product Resource Center
