Daily Snapshots in parquet file format

I am using the url designed to capture a daily data snapshot in parquet file format. described in the reporting data layer and dashboard reports configuration guide. I had used this before but now I am getting the following error: {“statusCode”:404,“titleMessage”:“Entity not found”,“userMessage”:“There is no data for requested date or configuration”,“errorCode”:“There is no data for requested date or configuration”}
Has the daily snapshot been discontinued? Does anyone know what might be causing this error?

What date are you using? does it also fail when you select a date in the past?
Best to ask support, they can look at the parquet files being created or your instance and tell you if something has gone wrong.
