Data Owners and Quarterly Approval Process

Hello
I have built up our regulatory data glossaries and lineage and now I would like to assign data owners to some of the fields. I also want to create an automated prompt for the data owners to review the data they are responsible for and add comments for approval on a quarterly basis so that we have evidence that the data is still fit for purpose.
Has anyone else done anything similar ? I am interested in hearing what the options are so that I can set up something that will work well for us at Barings?

Hi Alison,

To assign data owners, as I’m sure you’re aware, you can do this at the domain level or at the community level and these responsibilities will automatically get inherited by the lower level resources. For a scheduled review, I would recommend that you take a look at Periodic Asset Certification workflows which can be found here - https://marketplace.collibra.com/listings/periodic-asset-certification/ which I think might be exactly what you need.
