Database Event Type Asset Type

Hello, Would you please provide recommendations on creating the type of asset to capture the database detail event type? I need to capture the third-party database detailed events – event-type data and its description. And also need to add the tag (Risk/System) for the specific event. Yes, I want to enrich the Third-party database asset type with the database event trigger information. I have about 150 database event types with definitions and tag. The first option is not ideal. I am leaning toward the second option that you have outlined storing the event type as one of the Asset types. However, non of the OOTB asset types definition resonates to capture the event type (asset type). Since the third-party database is not integrated with Collibra. The event-type asset requires manual import.
I am hesitant to use Code Value and Code Set asset types for the Event. Because I have Kalido MDM Reference Data Management integrated with Collibra to sync Code Sets and Code Values. I may run into the standard conflict.

Not sure if I really understand your question. So you want to enrich your database asset type with some extra information (eg. Events)?

If my understanding is correct, I propose to start from the database asset type.
To capture extra information there are a few ways:

add an attribute to the existing database asset type (Ideally in another assignment). This is recommended if you have a fixed list of events; and the name of the events are self-explaining (so no extra clarification is needed; only a fixed status of the event,…)
store the event as a code value. You can link (relation) the database to the code value. The advantage is that the event will become an asset that contains a definition, status and maybe some other attributes that can explain the event and so the database. A code value should be linked to a code set (eg Event)
add a Tag - however I don’t really recommend this for the current purpose.
