Hide a workflow button from an asset type asset page
Hi all
Is there a way to hide a workflow (example: simple approval process) button selectively just from a particular asset type asset pages?
I already see a thread on this topic, and the suggestions to configure rules on applicable community/domain do not apply to my situation as we are in a multi-tenant env and “simple approval process” could be one of the frequently used workflows in future. I just want this workflow button not to appear on a particular asset type page (data sharing agreement type) as the process owners somehow are clicking on this workflow button even though told to go to tasks and approve the task in their list. I think there needs to be little bit training but another option is to simply hide the workflow that is misleading them

So it’s not really “hiding” rather than specifying where the workflow button should appear, based on asset type, status and community/domain

What is wanted is the facility to filter “out”…
