Identify Responsibilities with missing View Permission
We have a number of domains or communities with restricted view permissions, but I’ve noticed that sometimes, the assigned Responsibilities have not been included in the View Permissions.
Is there a simple way top identify all community or domain responsibilities that do not have a corresponding View Permission?

·4 years ago · Edited@tom.friesen, I cannot find any way to ask collibra to check if a user has view permissions on a certain resource.
So the only way to do it is to resolve everything by code.
That’s a bit of work, but doable. I don’t see any other way.

When looking at the responsibilities page of a community, domain or asset, there is an indication “No view permission” on a responsibility if that person or group does not have view permissions for the resource on which he has the responsibility.

Cheers,
