Migration Tool not moving Assignments and Views.

Hi,

Im having an issue with migrating our “Assignments” and “Views” from our production environment to our test environment.When I try to import those resources into my test environment, an error comes up saying “It is not allowed to update system resources” on the migration import.Not quite sure why it does that but any input on this would be helpful.

Hi Jamar,

The error message you’re seeing usually shows up when you’re trying to update the global assignment of certain asset types that are restricted by the Catalog. Have you checked to see if you missed a scoped assignment of any asset type? It’s the most likely cause of the issue you’re seeing. Please let me know if this helps.
