Request Service Access Workflow Enhancement

I hope everyone doing well !!
I’m trying to enhance the Request Asset Access Workflow. We have different types of datasets available in my instance for some of the datasets we need customized workflow and the remaining datasets need OOB functionality. I have built the new workflow for that I’m using RequestAssetAccess process ID when the user clicks on checkout data basket this workflow will start and segregate the datasets and after It will call the respective workflow based on the datasets till this level everything works fine but in the customized workflow I have user task it is not populating at global level and user task buttons also not working can anyone suggest me? how to overcome this issue
Note: I have disabled the taskbar in the console
