Who is still pending approval/reject?

Hello,

As I am using the Request Assets Access workflow.
There are three Owners for the asset to approve/request.

How to find out who is still not approving/rejecting?

I have not tried it yet, but I think it is possible to create a global role and assign the global permission of “Workflow Administration”.
Then you can navigate to https://your-instance.collibra.com/tasks and see all tasks for all users, and you have the possibility to reassign, etc.

The only place this is exposed out of the box is in the workflow instances tab. You can find it by navigating to:

Settings > Workflows > Instances

As I’m sure you know, the Setting tab is only exposed to certain users. Here’s a screenshot of an example instance:
