Workflow Designer

I am using workflow designer and in the mail task i see that we can include contents for the ‘Body’ in the form of templates.

However, in workflow designer i see that there is no provision to create the templates for email body. Can you please let me know how this feature needs to be used ?

There is a way to create email templates but it works with script tasks. .If this approach suits you, feel free to explore this article for further information.

I don’t see anything in WF Designer or the documentation about creating a template for the email.

I talked with our support person from Collibra and they said that the Email template is available in flowable but has not been implemented by Collibra.

yes , but they seem to have some kind of provision for this but not exactly sure how to leverage that ?
