Hi!
I’m a Collibra beginner user.
I’m having some problems importing data from a .csv file into a table of my physical domain.
I tried 2 ways, but they don’t work:

When I am on my table data entity page:

I click “+” button
I chose " Register data source (use your own driver)"
I click Csv and I upload the .csv file
But this error occurs:
“Procedure Manager encountered an error. Check DGC logs for more information. Procedure [‘Ingestion/profiling for Contract 0000’,‘caa84ff7-c2c3-4f6d-8381-ac77a6159bb5’,‘INITIALIZING’] will be halted.”

So I tried to import the file with the API using this link: https://a2a-poc.collibra.com/docs/rest-importer/index.html#/Import/importCsvInJob
But this error occurs:
“An unexpected error occurred during the execution of the job. Please check the log files for more details”

What’s wrong?

Hello,

I tried importing a CSV file into the Data Catalog in our OnPrem Production Collibra environment and received the below error. Can you help me get it resolved? Also, when I chose the data source (our driver) or connect with SQL server, it kept spinning for a while and gave no results.

Error Messge: Procedure Manager encountered an error. Check DGC logs for more information. Procedure [‘Ingestion/profiling for Provider Address’, ‘f4533223-40a8-b878-6dd34d2bd299’, ‘INITIALIAZING’] will be halted.

Hello,

I’m having the same issue, same message as you, but the UUID is different
(Procedure Manager encountered an error. Check DGC logs for more information. Procedure [‘Profiling for Test’,‘39158972-c1ff-43b0-8735-a5aa91426f7b’,‘INITIALIZING’] will be halted.)

Until now I don’t have a clear answer about what is wrong, I suspect that the issue may be that the memory required to do the ingestion isn’t sufficient maybe… (we are On Prem)
