Auto assign a responsability

Hi everyone,

I’m quite new to Collibra and trying to set up the Subscriber Notification workflow.

I created the Subscriber responsability, but I’m not sure how to make it possible for all users, including those who are just readers, to auto assign to this responsability.

I haven’t found any info on this in the docs or previous questions.

Any help would be appreciated!

You will need to use Workflow to do this. I wouldn't want everyone to be able to manage all responsibilities manually, but a WF could help users subscribe. You would need two WFs to do this t aware that you have been assigned this role.

For the two workflows, do you mean one to request responsibility and another to notify you that you have been assigned to this responsibility, correct?

Additionally, I assume there would be a manual acceptance by a community manager or another role in Collibra, right?
