Custom workflow won't appear in the Actions button on the Asset page | Workflow

I want my custom workflow to be started from the “Actions” button but I cannot get it to appear in the drop-down.the workflow is deployed and enabledthe Applies To section of the workflow configuration shows the Asset Type that I want the workflow to be invoked forno Community/Domain is set in the "Applies To" sectionthe Global checkbox in the workflow configuration is not checkedall relevant permissions are set and I run it as a system administratorthe start event in the workflow is a 'None Start Event'What else should be done for the workflow to appear under "Actions"? Or is it an issue with the workflow itself?
