Show selected Business Terms for particular domain
HI All,
I will upload the file containing records, each with a domain name and mandatory fields. When we read that file and assign it to a specific user, the user should be able to view all those records in their task( How to achieve this), the user can select some or all of the records and change their status.

OP2 years ago · EditedHi Jennifer,
Before adding to the collibra we need to display which all records we are adding through workflow, if user accepts then only will add it to the collibra or else will reject the records.
When task is assigned to the user(Business steward/ Community manager ) in that task he has to see all those records(Basically adding assets)

·2 years ago · EditedAre you using workflows for the approval/reject? If so, the uploaded assets will show in their task list to approve/reject so long as that user is assigned to the proper role for the asset as determined by your approval workflow.
If you are looking to just have a customized list of assets “owned” by a user, you can set up an asset view which will be filtered by role and the current user:

·2 years ago · EditedHi Vijay, To be honest, the title of your query is a bit different from the description. What do you exactly want to achieve here? So,
Hope you can clarify a bit more. Thanks.
