User Task form field not visible in Tasks UI – only “Done” button visible | Workflow

Hi Community,I’m working on a Collibra workflow where I’ve added a User Task with a form (basic text fields) attached to it.What I’ve done:Created a User TaskCreated a form and added fields (text inputs)Referenced the form in the User TaskSaved and deployed the workflowStarted a new workflow instanceIssue:When I open the task from Tasks, the UI shows:Task titleDue dateOnly a Done buttonThe form itself does not render at all (blank content area).Is there a specific configuration required to “publish” or activate a form?
