Workflow Request Assets Access is not sending mail to Data Owner

Workflow “Request Assets Access” is not working fine, we are using OOTB Workflow, it is not sending mail to Data Owner when we checkout for data set from data basket, can anyone help me on this?

Hi Abhishek,

The emails are usually grouped and sent at a scheduled time to avoid sending too many emails to the users(data owner in this scenario). You can modify the schedule in email configuration(Data governance center> Configuration > 2.1 email configuration > 2.a Default Schedule) to send emails immediately in lower environments for testing purpose.
