API

I am new to Collibra and would like to clarify the future state of some Collibra API version 1 in relation to Version 2. There are some useful APIs in version 1 that I find may be very useful for a workflow we are putting together, but I am unable to find an equivalent in version 2. Does this mean I cannot use these APIs in a new or existing workflow? Is there a plan to replace them, or can they be used in the current solution?
