Hello, if you want to propose the addition of the <var> character, please submit this on the Collibra Ideation platform. This would fall in the category Collibra Data Intelligence Platform > Asset management > Text editor.
That way other customers can validate this ask if they require these as well.
As you mention, these are not commonly used elements, so it would be great if you could add context as to what sorts of data you would use this for, if this is written manually, copy-pasted over, automatically ingested, ... .
