Migrate DQ job from collibra DQ dev to Collibra DQ prod

To my knowledge, Collibra does not have a feature to migrate DQ Jobs. If it's a one-time thing where you want to move a bunch of jobs, it might be worth checking with Collibra Professional Services to see if they can give you any tips.

We can make use of swagger APIs, there is export and import and import APIs for datasets, rules, rule repositories, alerts etc
