How to add form to process in workflow designer

Hi,

I have created a separate form and process in an app in Workflow Designer.

Now How can I place the created from inside the process?

I can create the user task inside the process but I am not able to find how to add the already created form into the process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

In your user task in the process, find "Form Reference", uncheck the "Only app models" box and then you should be able to see all forms you have created in workflow designer. If the form is associated here, it will be available in your process.

Thanks you @gabrielechristensen it worked.

Also one thing I noticed is we can't see the xml code in the form. It is referencing the form in code as well. (I am trying to see if I can map the workflow designer code eclipse flowable plugin code for better understanding)

I may misunderstand your comment, but I wanted to add that the .form files do not have a counterpart in Eclipse with the flowable plugin. Form files are a new feature only available in Workflow Designer.  That being said, you shouldn't be able to map them to Eclipse components.
