Integrate an Amazon S3 file system via Edge/EC2 in EKS

I am currently in the process of setting up an S3 connection in AWS for our Collibra deployment. While I have found only documentation regarding S3 connection for IAM, I am facing challenges with the EC2 setup, specifically for instances deployed in EKS & Edge.
