Dev to Prod Content Migration

I have downloaded the Dev to Prod Content Migration package from Collibra Market Place. Installed it and when I try running the Project getting an exception.
The value from application.properties file is not being read/updated in the main class.
The exception is : Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: There is a problem with the Environment Config.  Please check with the application.property collibra.environmentconfig and the file path. Review the environment configuration of ENTERPRISE.
