Retrieve scope assignments via API (or any method)?

Does anyone know of a way that I can get a list of all the assignments in a particular scope? Given a scope ID: return a list of all assignments (relations and attributes) for each of the Asset Types that the Scope is assigned to.

I don't see anything in the REST API documentation that would produce this, and short of manually copying everything down myself, I don't see another alternative. Has anyone encountered and/or solved for this? I am in a situation where I need to consolidate 2 scopes, but I don't want to accidentally overlook an attribute or relation that was in one but not the other. Thanks!

Note: according to the documentation, OMRE does not seem to cover this use case, but even if it does, I am not able to implement it in my org, so I am looking for another option.
