Any key use cases you had great success with in adoption?
Curious if anyone had any use cases that were particularly successful within their organization?

I have an intriguing one for you.
UCB is a midsize international pharma company. We started from a decentralized model going towards a federated model and had many initiatives with varying levels of adoption on a wide variety of topics.
The use cases that had the MOST adoption where the ones using Collibra as the one stop shop to raise requests. Very specifically, we have a request management process for data standards in the clinical space with great adoption.
Other use case we consider is the possibility to use the collibra browser extension, automatically find the reports (we use Qlik Sense, not supported at this time), lookup glossary to understand the dashboards and raise data issues or other requests. This is a very powerful example that resonates well with our stakeholders, but the current state of Collibra means we have to tweak quite a few things to get a decent experience for our users.

I have found focusing on a business glossary w Acronyms and Business Terms creates value for entire enterprise, especially focusing on getting it in the onboarding process of new hires. This introduces them to Collibra day one and every company has unique acronyms and terms that a new hire would like to understand. Also Collibra for Desktop as a shortcut tool for the everyday users to find a term or acronym has helped with engagement and adoption.

Another use case that helped is integration of access requests for reports that way if a user finds a report in Collibra and they already don’t have access they just click button on report versus having to leave Collibra and figure out how to request access.
