Import UI v2 | available as of Collibra version 2022.11

The new import UI uses version 2 of the Import API. It offers an improved design with a more intuitive and accurate mapping, clearer import configuration options and better performance. To make the import UI more robust, reliable and predictable, we have made changes to the requirements for a successful import.

Enabling import UI v2

You can enable the new import UI v2 in Collibra Console. It will become the standard with the August release (2023.08) and at this time you will not be able to change this to import UI v1 without an exception request.

Reviewing your import files

It is important to understand what import UI v2 offers, and how it differs from v1. Some of the changes introduced in import UI v2 may require making changes in the input file. These changes need to be addressed prior to the August release.
