How robust is Data Helpdesk?

If an organization is at the beginning of rolling out data governance, could the mountain of issues on the onset be tracked in Helpdesk? Or is it Helpdesk more geared toward fleshing out metadata in Collibra?

I believe so. Two major difficulties in adoption:

  1. Customize the UI for your organization’s needs
  2. modify the culture so that the issues are registered in Collibra.

For the average user, adopting this tool isn’t exactly frictionless.
