Hi Donna,
The OOTB WFs are here Out-of-the-box workflows walk-throughs (collibra.com), but this ain't there. True story. Disappointing really.
What you can do .. is look in marketplace and find something similar. Bring in the BPMN to Workflow Designer and pull it apart. A great example is Data Quality Workflows for Collibra DQ - Collibra Marketplace, where you can see assetApi.findAssets in action.
