Mandatory field not able to identify prepopulated data

Hi

I am facing a peculiar problem in one of my workflows. In the workflow a requester submits a form with a mandatory field of type Rich Text. Once submitted the task goes to a Steward who reviews the prepopulated data in the same form. The he approves or rejects. Now, when the Steward gets the task, the data is prepopulated as expected but the Approve/Reject buttons are disabled. This is because the mandatory field shows the message "Field must not be empty" although it is not empty. When the user just clicks on the field then the error vanishes, and the Approve/Reject button gets enabled instantly without changing or entering any value in the field. Have anyone faced this kind of issue? I am in Collibra v2024.10.0

Could you provide a picture and code? It will help to detect where the problem is.

Here is the snapshot of the error

And here is the configuration for the Rick Text. There is no specific code written for this field

Hello,

We are facing the same issue. But it seems it only gives this issue in the UX frontend (currently version 2024.10). When we are using the old UI (currently in migration between both worlds), this option works fine, and we do not have to click in the text-area (or Rich text) object, to get the prefilled text 'accepted'. Is this issue solved in the meantime in newer version ? Or are others still facing the same issue in later versions in the new UX ?

@asifrasul how did you prepopulate the value in the form?
